Groups and teams from Intercom
I want to use my Group/Team hierarchy from Intercom inside Playvox. Right now, we can't use these groups/teams for Quality filters. I would also like those groups/teams to be displayed under the General Info tab.

I want to be able to filter my evaluations based on the Intercom Groups/Teams hierarchy. We have multiple agents from different countries/timezones that we have set up in Intercom and I want to be able to evaluate and filter Conversations in PlayVox using the same hierarchy and Teams set up.
