May I ask if the "contact reason" is a field or a category wihtin Intercom?Thank you for your help :)

In addition, it would be ideal if the data field ("contact reason") can be captured automatically in the Scorecard. Currently, the workaround in use is to add a Scorecard custom field to get it captured, but it is still manual and susceptible to errors.
