Improve notifications
Now it is not convient working with notifications. I cannot open them in a new tab, not filter, or track which one I checked which not.
On 100 agents it is difficult to track all list of notifications.

Central To Do List
Would be great to have a spot for users to see across the different products what they had pending and needing to look at. For leads, something that showed their assigned disputes, upcoming coachings, recent evals for their teams, and any learnings they have assigned, unread notifications, etc. For agents, upcoming coachings, recent evals, currently assigned learnings, pending disputes, unread notifications, etc. It can be extremely challenging to manage the different items requiring attention across multiple products within Playvox,

Ability to leave archived teams without a team lead
Currently we must keep a team lead in the team settings no matter the status of the team. This causes a problem as usually in cases when we are deactivating the team that means that the team lead is leaving too. Thus it gives OKTA errors, as we are not able to deactivate the user whom is TL of the team. Thus we need to go in and remove the user + add someone else as we are not able to leave team with no TL (deleting the team is not an option as we do have Quality evaluations). This…

OKTA error due to assigned workloads
Currently we receive an error in OKTA once we try to deactivate the user who has assigned workload. The workload might be 100% complete, archived or from last year. In order to eliminate the error and allow user deactivation we need to go in and do the workload deletion one by one, it gets quite extensive as if the user have been working for a while they might have a lot of workloads assigned.

Ability to adjust notification settings for users and teams
Getting emails after every eval is completed is disruptive and distracting to agent workflows. We should be able to adjust notification settings for individual users and teams so they can receive daily, weekly, quarterly, etc. summaries of performance, high and low scores (with dates), and links to review evals in one message instead of potentially dozens per week. Current capability is limited to org-wide notification settings.

To stop new users being automatically added to the All Users 'team'
Its very time consuming and frustrating to have to remove everyone from 'All Users' everytime we create new accounts, along with manually sending invites, its another step to the process.
We don't want the All Users team, but have been told we have to have it, yet we remove everyone from it, can all users going to this team be an option rather than automatic?

Edit Super Admin Custom Fields
Allow Super Admin to edit other Super Admin user's custom fields. I recently needed to move a Super Admin to a new job code (via custom field) and I was not able to edit anything.

Remember filter settings when going back to the page.
Do not reset the filters when revisiting the page. For example in Dispute Reports, when I review the dispute it opens in the same tab. When I go back to the previous page it resets the filter and have to redo them. This behavior is also inconsistent across the platform as some pages do remember filter settings.

Make saving/updating UX consistent
The saving/updating behavior is inconsistent across the platform. Some edits are saved automatically (ex. Scorecards) but some require me to click "Save" to make the changes (ex. Teams).
For filters, some places require us to click "Done" whereas in other places is not required.

Add deleted evaluations data to Playvox API
Playvox API doesn't have information on which evaluations were deleted. Thus we cannot efficiently removed deleted evaluations from our internal database. The team has to recurrently compare the Playvox and Internal datasets and remove those not present in the Playvox dataset. This is resource expensive.

Option to complete delete users from Playvox
Currently there is only an option to deactivate users. However, if there are issues with SSO provisioning users need to be removed completely. The only way to do this is via Playvox support which takes time and hurts our internal SLA for issue solving and means that users might not be able to use PlayVox on time/when needed.
If at least Super_Admins had the option to completely delete users, this would solve that issue.2 votes -
Display OKTA login as a 'user.login_succeeded' event in the audit log
Currently there is no audit log when a user is logging in with Okta. My suggestion is to display Okta log-in in the audit log (as done when users logging in with username and password)

Automated Workflow for specific teams
We would like to have the option to implement an automated workflow for specific teams rather than scorecards. We are looking to assign karma points automatically if certain criteria are met but not every team from our organization uses the Karma Store as their reward program.

Security: Send email notification to Super_Admin when an export is made
To enhance the monitoring and security of Playvox we would like an email to be sent to either the Admin or Super_Admin when specific data exports are generated.
The email should contain:
1) User who generated the export
2) The type of export

Allow to see more than a 100 notifications
We should be able to see more than 100 notifications. I think this is especially crucial at this time that we are coming back from holidays. I got back after a week and I had 224 notifications waiting for me, and it was sad to know that 124 of those were lost and without a way to recover them.

Re-activation of users
The settings allow the deactivation of a high (unlimited) amount of users, but there is no option to revert it or activate users vía .csv file, just one by one which is very time-consuming.

Direct link to the evaluation in notification sent through automated workloads
If an automated workload is created to notify agents who have failed a particular section in their evaluations, it currently sends a generic default message to the agent. As a result, it becomes impossible to determine for which evaluation the notification was sent. This issue becomes more pronounced when an agent has multiple evaluations because the notification does not provide specific links or information regarding the relevant evaluation.
To address this problem, it would be beneficial to enhance the notification by including the evaluation interaction ID. This addition would enable users to click on the notification and be directed straight…
