Notification preferences
As a user, I want greater control over notifications so I can tailor them to my needs and minimize distractions.
Specifically, I want the ability to define the actions or events I want to be informed about. Additionally, I want to choose the channel through which these notifications are delivered, such as email, Slack, or in-app alerts.
This way, I can ensure that I receive important information through my preferred method of communication while reducing unnecessary noise.1 vote -
Request to add dropdown menu in Playvox to select the sites for evaluation.
Hi Team,
Requesting to extend the feature to have a Dropdown menu for switching multi-sites in Playvox.
By default, Playvox for super admin has a dropdown menu to select the sites for evaluation.
It will be helpful if a dropdown menu be added for the normal Quality Evaluators (Analyst) account too.1 voteHi there!

Single Sign on with DOMO
It would be great if DOMO can be accessed with a single login.
This comes from the idea http://playvox.uservoice.com/forums/938139/suggestions/44844817, which was partially implemented.

Hierarchy: Extra levels
We would like to see at least one additional level of hierarchy on top of Teams in Playvox. If you are working with several bigger regional teams or clients in one Playvox instance, we would want a Group level for the regional client and below that Teams to Group agents with their Supervisors. Currently we would need separate instances for those cases which means we will loose out on comparing between Groups in the Playvox reporting. Also ross-group calibrations are more difficult.

Roles across all Playvox products controlled by one set and SCIM
One set of roles across all products. Must be able to have different settings so some roles have access to one product but not the other. Customize the level of access per product for each role.
These roles would be able to connect with an SCIM like Okta to do SSO, provisioning, and revoking access automatically.

Display OKTA login as a 'user.login_succeeded' event in the audit log
Currently there is no audit log when a user is logging in with Okta. My suggestion is to display Okta log-in in the audit log (as done when users logging in with username and password)

bulk upload/update team leaders for teams
Due to how we manage our international business on Playvox, we assign many 'Team Leaders' to a team so they are able to see the reporting for that team.
However as this has to be done manually across many many teams, it is becoming a very time consuming job to update and maintain.
Would it be possible for there to be a way to update the team leaders assigned to a team via a bulk csv upload?

Automated Workflow for specific teams
We would like to have the option to implement an automated workflow for specific teams rather than scorecards. We are looking to assign karma points automatically if certain criteria are met but not every team from our organization uses the Karma Store as their reward program.

Security: Send email notification to Super_Admin when an export is made
To enhance the monitoring and security of Playvox we would like an email to be sent to either the Admin or Super_Admin when specific data exports are generated.
The email should contain:
1) User who generated the export
2) The type of export

Automated Workflows: Karma Notifications
Allow for users to opt out of notifications that are generated. For example, since the automated karma points are set to the owner of the site (not the creator of the automation...) and therefore the owner of the site is getting overwhelmed with literally hundreds of email notifications as they own 65 active sites.

All actions log
At the moment we are able to see only user related logs. We are not able to track whom and when updated/deleted scorecards/evaluations/learning material/all other settings in the system.
It's impossible to trace back whom made edits, accidental deletions thus we can not prevent/take action in these cases. It's a default feature that usually systems have as a base requirement5 votes -
Re-activation of users
The settings allow the deactivation of a high (unlimited) amount of users, but there is no option to revert it or activate users vía .csv file, just one by one which is very time-consuming.

Web trends through each module
It would be beneficial to see how many times each user clicked and spent time in each module. This would allow us to see if:
- more frequent check of perfromance data increases overal performance
- if agents are spending enough time in coaching sessionsThis would help us to Excellerate performance, track trends and find the most optimal use of each module

Disable certain in-app notifications
Quality setting that allows to disable in-app notifications to Team Leaders, for every action done by the team members or at least for evaluations submitted. Right now it is only possible to disable email notifications.

Warning message when leaving a running evaluation
Sometimes it happens that you click the wrong way during an ongoing evaluation and leave the evaluation. It is super annoying to find the started evaluation again and all entered answers are gone. Here you need a warning message or an additional confirmation like: "Do you really want to leave the evaluation?
As you can see on my screenshot, the button "Chats" is close to "scorecards" etc. so its easy to missclick1 voteHi there!

Ability to adjust notification settings for users and teams
Getting emails after every eval is completed is disruptive and distracting to agent workflows. We should be able to adjust notification settings for individual users and teams so they can receive daily, weekly, quarterly, etc. summaries of performance, high and low scores (with dates), and links to review evals in one message instead of potentially dozens per week. Current capability is limited to org-wide notification settings.

Ability to edit all fields of "cloned Users" profiles OR Ability to access the original user profile and edit it
We have experienced in the past the following problem: The system allows to create a user profile even if it already exists, this is called "cloned user", however we cannot edit certain fields of the cloned user profile neither can we access the original user and edit from there. Solution: Ability to edit those fields in the profile of either the cloned user or the original user, or inability for us to create "cloned users" (unless cloned users are needed for another purpose).

Export options
An ability to export data within workloads - Example for skipped interactions. Be able to export what cases are being skipped and why to send to teams that are not in playvox (WFM teams/vendors etc).

Access to an overview of all roles and their access
It would be super helpful to be able to view a table of all roles and what access they each have as an overview, rather than having to go in and out of every role to see who does and doesn't have access, especially when I'm overseeing several instances of Playvox across different countries, a table for each country would make these tasks much quicker.
