Improve notifications
Now it is not convient working with notifications. I cannot open them in a new tab, not filter, or track which one I checked which not.
On 100 agents it is difficult to track all list of notifications.

Hello! Absolutely agree with the idea, our Quality Control team has the exact same frustrating experience every time we need to check and respond to the notifications from the employees.

It would be beneficial if notifications could be customized in a way that is not just a "catch-all" under the bell icon. Users get many notifications that inevitably just become "noise" and do not draw their attention as effectively. Could a feature be considered where a notification would pop up and show to individual users what they need to see in one view? e.g. audit comments, announcements, etc.

Have a search bar when clicking on Notifications in order to be able to search by key words or Agents name
