Bulk Uploading User Changes
It would be great to be able to upload a CSV file with changes to users in bulk, rather than doing individually, or via teams and doing a team upload.
In previous quality systems we were able to download all the users details (as we can in Playvox) but them edit the file with the required changes and then reload this as an update file to bulk update all the required account, including deactivating accounts in bulk.
At present managing the 1000s of users we have across our various sites is hugely time consuming and often means out user data is not as up to date as it should be, leading to issues with the reporting data.

When we need to add several users to a Team, it would be easier if we could also use a CSV to update them. Otherwise we have to manually select each to modify one profile at a time.
An alternative, which is not as simple as the first option, would be to be able to select several users at a time in the User Management section and then apply certain modifications to them at the same time.
