This is critical for clients with multiple BPOs and large support centers.

Depends on the team but we need to add other users to the team as view access is controlled by whether a user is set as "Team Leader" of the team. This includes adding QA Managers, Operational Managers, Site Leaders, Trainers, and at times, Quality Analysts. If we do not add them, they cannot view reports, evaluations, disputes, etc. We cannot provide BPO leadership to "View all" access as we have multiple BPOs on the platform. There should not be any limit to number of team leaders we can add.

In the platform, the figure of Team Leader defines the persons who manage the team and also gives access to the data.
From the business standpoint, we would like to know how many direct managers a team of this size has.
