All actions log
At the moment we are able to see only user related logs. We are not able to track whom and when updated/deleted scorecards/evaluations/learning material/all other settings in the system.
It's impossible to trace back whom made edits, accidental deletions thus we can not prevent/take action in these cases. It's a default feature that usually systems have as a base requirement

Ideally, there would be a centralized audit log that can be filtered by action, date and time, actor, item actioned for all actions taken in the system.
At a minimum, our current needs are an audit log for workloads for the admin and be able to grant permission to see this log to other roles.

Logging changes for scorecards is crucial for us to be able to track, audit and analyse the changes made and their impact on performance. In addition, it allows us to facilitate communication within the team, allows for accountability and transparency towards our stakeholders (agents and their leads) and learning from past decisions.
Incorporating this directly into Playvox would enable us to centralize all changes in one location, eliminating the need to switch between tools or documents. Additionally, it would streamline the process and minimize manual effort, aligning with the primary purpose of using Playvox as a Quality Management tool.
