  1. Language Needs

    Add Language Options for the Core Survey to support global usage. For Example "You recently had an interaction with" "Tell us more (optional)" This only presents in English. Unable to post picture examples but I have them if needed.

  2. VOC Survey

    Client would like to be able to have only the highlighted number the customer chooses to be highlighted and not all those leading up to the number. Attached is the survey the client is referring to. thanks!

    VoC evaluations seen from devaices. Es cómo se ve la encuesta en la pantalla del celular (hice una prueba). Como podrán ver, las 5 estrellas no están alineadas, lo cual hace que sea confuso proporcionar la respuesta que quieres dar

  4. Make it so that surveys expire

    Please make it so that surveys expire and customers can't attempt it after a certain time period has passed, like 7 or 14 days. Any longer and the information gathered could be outdated.
