  1. External profiles don't show the pending invitations. We have to view each user individually to add the external profile. Could we get the option to see only external profiles?

  2. Monitor the odd volume of data exported by any user in a specified period of time, such as 24 hours, and send an email change to the owner when unusual data is exported.

  3. Add Language Options for the Core Survey to support global usage. For Example "You recently had an interaction with" "Tell us more (optional)" This only presents in English. Unable to post picture examples but I have them if needed.

  5. For usbaility, it is interesting that in the view of my reports, only users who have the approved external profile are shown.

  6. Client would like to be able to have only the highlighted number the customer chooses to be highlighted and not all those leading up to the number. Attached is the survey the client is referring to. thanks!

  7. VoC evaluations seen from devaices. Es cómo se ve la encuesta en la pantalla del celular (hice una prueba). Como podrán ver, las 5 estrellas no están alineadas, lo cual hace que sea confuso proporcionar la respuesta que quieres dar

  8. Please make it so that surveys expire and customers can't attempt it after a certain time period has passed, like 7 or 14 days. Any longer and the information gathered could be outdated.
