  1. Add Language Options for the Core Survey to support global usage. For Example "You recently had an interaction with" "Tell us more (optional)" This only presents in English. Unable to post picture examples but I have them if needed.

  2. For usbaility, it is interesting that in the view of my reports, only users who have the approved external profile are shown.

  4. VoC evaluations seen from devaices. Es cómo se ve la encuesta en la pantalla del celular (hice una prueba). Como podrán ver, las 5 estrellas no están alineadas, lo cual hace que sea confuso proporcionar la respuesta que quieres dar

  6. Please make it so that surveys expire and customers can't attempt it after a certain time period has passed, like 7 or 14 days. Any longer and the information gathered could be outdated.
