Group Update Email Notifications
When changes are made to a group, currently an email is sent to the creator of the group. This creates many emails and there is no function to turn this notification off or edit it. We are requesting a feature to turn those notifications off for group changes.

Ability to set a time limit for Polls in Community
This feature would assist in making the Polls more dynamic and time-sensitive. Currently, when a Poll is conducted, participants receive points regardless of when they respond, even if it's months later. Additionally, if Polls are removed, the Karma points associated with them are also deleted.

Enable an option to add an @all in the Community feed.
Introducing a feature to create an "@all" post in the Community feed would greatly enhance our communication capabilities. Often, there are important messages that we need the entire team to see, and having the ability to send these messages to everyone with a simple "@all" tag would be a valuable time-saver, eliminating the need to address @s one by one.

Automated Workflows: Karma Notifications
Allow for users to opt out of notifications that are generated. For example, since the automated karma points are set to the owner of the site (not the creator of the automation...) and therefore the owner of the site is getting overwhelmed with literally hundreds of email notifications as they own 65 active sites.

Automated Workflow: Karma Points
Currently, the site owner is tagged as the owner of all Karma Points that are sent out when using the new automated workflow features to assign Karma Points. Instead, we prefer that the person who sets up the automated workflow is the one who is named in the "Managed By" category (see attached image).

Sending announcements by roles
I noticed you can currently only set announcements by team, all users, or all community or populate each person's name individually. Would be great to set the announcement population by roles as well when you need to reach a specific audience across teams/users.

View reasons for Karma Points awarded in the past
Currently there is no way to view why another manager may have awarded karma points to an agent, it would be helpful to be able to view the comment in the "Mange" screen where it lists points awarded.

Assign Karma points based on achieving a section of the scorecard
Ability to award karma points automatically based on an agent achieving the goal in a particular scorecard section. This would mean you can target specific areas for improvement

Community feed wall posts for certain teams
It would be helpful if TL's/QL's could have the option to choose which teams can see a specific post they create on Playvox. This would prevent irrelevant teams from seeing posts that do not apply to them, which could reduce clutter and noise on their homepage. It could also ensure that important information is directed to the relevant teams, which could improve communication and efficiency.

Currently, we only have the option to like a post with a heart or leave a comment, but having the ability to use emojis would add more fun and expressiveness to our interactions.
It would be great if we could have the option to choose from a variety of emojis directly from the posting and commenting sections, instead of having to copy and paste them from another source.

The ability to export all awarded Karma points via the managed Karma screen
Via the managed Karma points screen allow the ability to export the data via CSV.

delete announcements
It could be great to get a button to delete announcements that have been sent by mistake (it may be a draft) or with typing mistakes or even that the information is no longer valid and it's necessary to hide.

Announcements, are not managed by the notification permissions
Announcements are not managed by the notification permissions, therefore they can't be disabled as of now.
Every user that is part of the BPO site can not disable notifications, thus receives the emails once any announcement is created, this creates spam as the BPO is re-sharing our provided information to the agents through playvox1 vote -
Ability to catrogrise bulk Karma point allocation
When adding karma points via the new karma points button in the Manage Karma points screen, allow for a drop-down with custom options to be able to categorise the Karma points reason for allocation

Resetting all users to zero Karma Points
We will be resetting our users annually to zero this was tedious to do user by user having to look up how many points they have and remove that amount.

Status for badges
It'd be great to have a Status option for the badges that have been created so they can be updated to Unavailable in case a review needs to be completed.
