Would also be super valuable to be able to choose a karma store based on region. For example, if we offer a shirt, it will not be the same shirt if an agent is in India vs. US. It would be valuable to be able to assign a karma store/items based on the agents region

I'd like the ability to exclude roles from Karma points so that super admins and supervisors aren’t included in Ranking.
