  1. Automated Workflow: Karma Points

    Currently, the site owner is tagged as the owner of all Karma Points that are sent out when using the new automated workflow features to assign Karma Points. Instead, we prefer that the person who sets up the automated workflow is the one who is named in the "Managed By" category (see attached image).

  2. View reasons for Karma Points awarded in the past

    Currently there is no way to view why another manager may have awarded karma points to an agent, it would be helpful to be able to view the comment in the "Mange" screen where it lists points awarded.

  3. Assign Karma points based on achieving a section of the scorecard

    Ability to award karma points automatically based on an agent achieving the goal in a particular scorecard section. This would mean you can target specific areas for improvement

  5. The ability to export all awarded Karma points via the managed Karma screen

    Via the managed Karma points screen allow the ability to export the data via CSV.

  6. Ability to catrogrise bulk Karma point allocation

    When adding karma points via the new karma points button in the Manage Karma points screen, allow for a drop-down with custom options to be able to categorise the Karma points reason for allocation
