  1. The ability to export Quality Agent Results. Go to Reports > Agent tab > View Reports > View Details. Currently, it's not possible to export this summary. We report on score per section per agent, and having the ability to export this would help with reporting needs.

  2. There is an inconsistency in the naming of fields in the Evaluator review reporting. Specifically, there is a discrepancy between the field names in the Playvox review tab and the header names in the Export report. For instance, the field called "Reviewer" in the Playvox report is referred to as "Analyst" in the export report. Another example is the field called "Analyst" in the Playvox report is named "Reviewed_by" in the export report. This lack of clarity can easily result in reporting mistakes.

  3. the main dashboards need to be editable. e.g. there are certain statistics which we consider more important e.g. fail-alls.- for us this should be top and centre of the dashboard. "errors" are not important and could be removed

  4. to track QA productivity and efficiency we'd like to get data insights on how long it takes to complete a task. this insight can be used to track KPIs and optimisation.

  5. It would be wonderful if we could have to ability to have more customization to build our own reports and export them on a schedule. Our analyst team struggles to properly analyze the data from QA because the data points are spread across many different reports. For instance, our analysts award a badge on a weekly basis. To figure who has won the badge for the week, we have to go to reports>agents, then look through every agent, one agent at a time to find the highest score. We should just be able to look at one page with all…

  6. the evaluation export function creates excel spreadsheets with very long naming conventions. If you pull the same report a few says later, it has the same name. Excel cannot have 2 workbooks open with the same name. please can each unique download be given a unique file name

  7. To use user and scorecard custom fields data as reports filters

    Poder tener reportes por cada custom fields que fue creado en las Scorecards. Actualmente queremos identificar los resultados de QA por cada uno de los productos que tenemos (15), pero actualmente toca crear una scorecard por cada producto.

    Report on Agent activation date. Option to filter in QA report by activation date. Benefit: This would give great insight into tenured vs new hires and their impact on quality scores. It might also be useful in Coaching to ensure new hires get the necessary amount of feedback

  8. We can export evaluations from the quality tab which also exports the evaluation time however this is not formatted in a way that we can easily see the average evaluation time per analyst. This is really important when you have a whole team of analysts and need to see some clarity on how they manage their time especially if not meeting their workloads.

  10. Point Value scorecards have an option to add checkboxes for each score (unable to provide screenshot stating file is not supported - JPEG, PNG, GIF, HTML tried all)
    These are a great way to tag behaviors based on the score and help analysts/supervisors see what behavior lead to that particular score. However, these checkboxes are not trackable in reporting and does not export easily to track these behaviors.

  12. Currently, we can pull individual agent reports on the scorecard section, but not by question group. It would be great for us to export this easily instead of needing to export all evals individually and then work with the data to get the information we need.

  13. We can add header filters in scorecards which we can use to filter evaluations in the evaluations tab however it would be beneficial to be able to filter on these in reports much like we can custom filters within the scorecard.

  14. An agent can choose not to sign an evaluation, but it would be good to know if at least the opened it once and read it.

    If he decides to sign it, it we be good to see when the evaluation was signed (ex: 2 weeks after the evaluation was sent to him, or the next day?)

    We can see in the activity log this info, but only if we manually go into each evaluation.

  15. Currently finding that when we run a report on all of our signed evaluations, it includes agents that have been removed from the platform that are no longer with the team. We are hoping for a way to pull a list of unsigned evaluations and have it only be current active users.

  16. I love the new Reports section of Workloads, showing the completion percentages for my analysts. What I'd like to see there is an option to set completion percentage targets for assigned workloads; for example, those with 0-30% of their assigned evaluations are in red, those with 31-60% are in yellow, etc. It would allow for at-a-glance checks on how the analysts are doing and call attention to those who are behind.

  17. Ability to pull a report showing all the evaluations that have been deleted, who deleted, when deleted and even some details of the evaluation - agent name, date of eval, quality score etc?

  18. Automation of the export metrics by time. For example instead of manually exporting the QA metrics every x amount of time, there should be a feature were we could stablish a time parameter and the metrics would be dowloaded to an excel or google sheets automatically.

We recently went through some attrition and had to deactivate some agents, we noticed that even though the agents are deactivated all of their evaluations are still affecting our overall QA and the only way to get rid of these is to delete them. Currently, the only way around this reporting-wise is to look into Insights, or more so manually via our analytics team.

    Would love to see an option introduced where maybe we can archive these reviews when an agent is deactivated instead of deleting them, so we can toggle this information when needed.

  20. To be able to see in the “Reporting” tab results from the fail reasons in the scorecard. Right now, we have to manually pull from “Evaluations” into Excel and make pivot tables from there.
