Evaluations remains unsigned after agents are attrited before they sign. This is impacting vendor's acknowledgement rate. Need ability for TLs to sign after an agent becomes inactive, however should not have ability to sign before an agent becomes inactive.

Have the ability to archive the evaluations that were not signed by the agents, since they are no longer part of Playvox. (deleting evaluations would not be an option since they want to have the record of them).

This would be great to allow certain users the ability to sign off on evaluations for users that no longer have access to Playvox. Only concern is that it might be abused and create a skew in signing data.
