Improve the sign container of evaluations
Could we add a bigger button to sign the evaluations? We have many agents complaining that they can't find the signature option when looking at their scorecard. The little check box is not obvious enough for them.
🎉 Exciting News! 🚀
🌟 We've renovated the user experience for signing evaluations.
🙌 Give it a try and let us know how it works for you. We are eager to hear your thoughts!
Thank you for being a part of our community! 😊

Agree with this suggestion highly, end user adoption of 'signing' evaluations to acknowledge the feedback is hidden as is the 'dispute' feature. It would be great to separate these into different framed boxes and make sure they are well differentiated and space out so accidental disputes aren't started and then you end up with a lot of drafts from accidental selection from them being to similar looking in the UX painting of the selection.

Agree. A checkbox should be used when selecting from multiple options. A distinct button is better UX wise.

Hi Playvox, any chance this could be scheduled as a quick win? This has been regular feedback from our team so far - and the basic ask here is a visual UI change rather than underlying logic or feature building (swapping out a checkbox for a more visible button)
At present - the button for dispute is much more 'visible' than the option for acknowledging, which could have the effect of encouraging disputes!

Making it clearer between signing the evaluation and disputing would be helpful with this too

Upvoted! This has been feedback shared across teams within my QA program that continuously talk about how hard it is to identify the sign off button. And have shared feedback that the language next to the check box doesn't relate to the action that is needed.

Adding this to the top of the form could prove beneficial as an idea, but might lead to user errors when a dispute needs to be submitted.

Indeed, I just spent 10 minutes trying to help one of our agents sign an evaluation because they couldn't find the tiny checkmark.
the button to sign the evaluation needs to 'pop', so you can't miss it. we can even just have 2 buttons side by side: 'sign' and 'dispute', and ofc we can keep the checkmark before making the 'sign' button active, but it needs to be immediately visible when the agent has finished reviewing their evaluation
