Workload analyst improve navigation flow when evaluating
I would like for there to be a feature where once you have started a workload and finished your first evaluation, it automatically goes to the next evaluation in the workload.
Currently, once I finish with an evaluation, I have to go back to the workload and start a new evaluation which creates unnecessary steps and has proven to be inefficient for my workflow.
Hey!
I'm excited to announce that this feature has been completed and released!
Now you'll be able to efficiently evaluate tickets within a workload assignment, reducing time, effort, and clicks while completing this process!
Please let me know what are your thoughts on this new experience and if it aligns with your needs!
Warm regards,
Pauli :)

We do have a similar request but with normal evaluations.
would be nice to have an additional button submit and next evaluation which would start new evaluation from the start.Once QA's are doing more than 30+ evaluations at once full navigation back to pressing evaluate button after submitting evaluation takes some time. -

Our teams would benefit that button in usual evaluations too.
Usually they make x amount of evaluations at once. With current set up once evaluation is done, QL's needs to re-select everything from scratch, whilst "Submit and Next" button would allow to complete all agents evaluations fluently without needing to repeat same steps several times -

Evaluations done through workloads need to have a "Submit and Next" button, where it will submit the current evaluation and load the next evaluation on QAs queue. The repetitive process of manually going back to the queue adds up. Additionally, completed evaluations should not show up in the QAs queue, or at least show up at the beginning of the queue.

Upvoted this as well! This has been feedback shared across teams within my QA program and would love to see this support analyst workflow and efficiency!

Upvote this! As well as a single workload is typically using the same scorecard, so it would be nice to not also have to choose this before each eval within the same workload.
