THe screenshot you sent through will give me all calls greater than 30 seconds (and will exceed 90 seconds) and vice versa as the filter groups are connected with 'OR' not 'AND' so I will be presented with one or the other, unfortunately. I spoke to my account manager today who believes it may be a bug. -

We also get this same error message, through both our CRM Kustomer and call system Ujet, as we have integrated both.

I have tried this and it doesn't work, we're integrated with Salesforce. We get this error when we add duration twice

Unless I'm not understanding this correctly, I believe this is possible by combining two filters: duration > 30 AND duration < 360.
Which integration are you using?

Currently if I select a filter where I only want emails, I cannot add another to eliminate voice or chat, so a lot of the emails coming through are associated with phone calls or chats. Would be nice to have this feature as I'm strictly looking for an inbound customer email with a reply from a representative to review rather than skipping for a decent amount of time until I find one eligible.
