Start coaching button from an evaluation
When you submit an evaluation, you can easily start a calibration from this evaluation. It would be great to start a coaching session from a single evaluation also. This is crucial especially if key compliance breaches have been identified.

This is currently possible.
There is a button to start a Coaching session in the Header of the Evaluation just below the agent image.

Quick question, even though the button is visible, is the coaching back-ended data associated to the evaluation ID? bc as far as I know it's not linked and that's the major issue to track failed evaluations vs reactive-coaching opportunities.
