Filter by Intercom teams / groups

The ability to filter Interactions in PlayVox by Intercom teams and/or groups. It will be easier to evaluate specific agents and teams.

Use Group/Team hierarchy from Intercom inside Playvox. Right now, is not possible to use these groups/teams for Quality filters. Also, it will be good to add those groups/teams to be displayed under the General Info tab.
