Calibration score based on complete evaluations in a calibration session
Currently, Playvox gives a 0% score for an evaluation that was not completed due to missing the deadline. The 0% is counting towards the calibration final score, even though there are many other completed ones.
We would like an enhancement to just take completed evaluations in a calibration session into account to generate the score.

This is crucial to our organisation. Being able to filter out expired evaluations will allow us to have a more realistic view of how calibrated we are! Seeing the results currently, with 0% scores across the mix, makes for inaccurate reporting. There are valid reasons why some staff members don't get round to evaluating in time and we'd benefit from filtering these out for a more realistic look at the entered results.

Hello,
One workaround for this would be to remove the participants that didn't complete the calibration.
That is something that users can do since we do allow to remove them by entering the "edit" action in the calibration.Ari from Product

Add a "close" button on calibrations and remove any incomplete evals to avoid including them in reporting details.
