We would like to allow Team Leaders to cancel disputes that they or their agents might have started accidentally.

Also wanted to include a feature enhancement: Super Admin or agent has the ability to reverse a “signed evaluation” to undo a sign off when they want to submit a dispute instead if within the set timeframe of submitting (example 7 days of receipt). This would allow for less manual work to correct evaluations that need further review and also captures within Disputes data/reporting.

Upvoted this! Unfortunately not having this feature has impacted disputes data by including disputes that aren't actually real, but were submitted by accident.
