  1. Second Evaluator Scorecards

    Currently, for scorecards with a second evaluator, if the second evaluator is not selected, the evaluation process will encounter a loading delay, followed by a timeout error. Would like a solution so these audits don't get stuck pending.

    Ideally, someone can approve all the audits like this that are pending. Also, we'd like to be able to see who the first evaluator picked from the list to be the second evaluator.

  2. Save review as a draft and edit a review

    Evaluations Reviews:

    Drafts are created once the review scorecard is initiated and has no option to save.

    In the instance of toggling between the actual playvox evaluation (selecting “view evaluation details”) and review evaluation. It does not save the information inserted and you will have to start from scratch.

    After sending the reviewed evaluation, there's no option to make an edit.

  3. Export Scorecard in PDF format

    Have the ability to view and export the scorecard in a pdf format and print it. This is useful for meetings and for employee training sessions.

  4. Scorecard Names Column Update

    The score card names are cut off. I need to see the full score card name without having to hover over each 1. Customize the width of the name column, allowing me to see the full names.
