1. Need to have Workloads option for Coaching

   Workloads is a great idea for in platform management of assigning QA work assignments for evaluations. Our business work flow also includes mandatory 1 on 1 manager level sync conversations monthly for the each staff person.

   It would be a great value add to have Workloads as a feature for coaching so as an admin I can create the monthly 1 on 1 Workloads for manager personnel and track participation/completion to meet with their direct reports for these sync meetings that QA performance review is part of the agenda of.

   With me not being a people manager of the full population of the staff that would be impacted, I am restricted from otherwise tracking coaching conversations being logged in an HRIS system.

   This is a critical priority item due to the business use case that it would serve.

2. Ability to coach within Playvox for analysts

   A format for coaching between experts and analysts. One idea that would be helpful is a way for analysts to request support/coaching with an evaluation and the expert being able to provide guidance on how to score within view of the scorecard/evaluation; overlaying how the expert would score real time. Making the expert notes viewable only by the current analyst + others with analyst role + team leaders. And a way to be able to track these supported evaluations as data + note reasons the coaching was initiated by analyst.
   Currently these escalated reviews of evaluations and how to score are all done outside of Playvox which is untracked/not properly documented data. It is also challenging to articulate feedback on scoring when toggling back and forth between the case and scorecard when it's not directly assigned to you.
   Would also be helpful to offer coaching for analysts initiated by experts too.
