  1. Being able to add slideshow presentations from a powerpoint online link to be embedded into the slides feature instead of needing to save as PDF and then upload. That way if the slides are updated this is automatically updated in PV

  2. It would be great if we could duplicate courses so we can create templates and then duplicate as needed. Great for induction or other training that has similar framework

  3. Allow admins/trainers to reset a learner's quiz so they can take it again. Currently, this is not an option and even if an admin un-enrolls a learner and re-enrolls them, the old score is still stored in the lesson.

  5. It would be very helpful to have the ability to export the report that shows which learning quiz questions were answered incorrectly. Currently there is no exportable report that quickly isolates which quiz questions are wrong and which learners got them incorrect. I am referring to the report found under the report Activities > Review Quiz > Questions and Learners tab.

  6. A possibility to choose how agents will see the answers after the test. 2 options are needed:
    1. See the percentage of the score + shows in which question the agent made a mistake + shows the incorrect answer chosen.
    2. See the percentage of the score + shows in which question the agent made a mistake + shows the incorrect answer chosen + shows hat the correct answer should be".
    We need the agent to see option 1 after the first take and option 2 after the retake. Probably we would need a formula for that. For example, IF…

  8. With current set up if we need for the bpo to enroll the agents into the trainings, we must grant an access to create, read, update and delete Learning Courses.
    with current set up bpos are able to edit and delete the courses. We already had a course deleted, due to lack of logs It's impossible to identify which user made the action.
    It would be good to have two options, grant access to enroll the agents and a separate grant for editing/deleting the courses. Furthermore a more detailed logs (who when did what) would be beneficial as it would…

  9. Currently we do have an option to add duration for all activities except the quiz.
    Having an ability to add duration to quiz would even out UX as all types of activities would have identical configuration possibilities. Furthermore this would allow to have a correct duration noted for the whole course, now it's a bit confusing and hard for an agent to plan in the training timing.

  10. The uploaded PDF's contains hyperlinks that users needs to press once they open up the slide. Nevertheless the hyperlinks becomes inactive once PDF is uploaded.
    It's needed that the hyperlinks in uploaded PDFs would stay active/clickable

  11. With old reporting we were able to see total time spent on video activities. Team used that in order to determine if an agent didn't skip the video and watched it fully. Would it be possible to bring this info back?

  12. With current learning reporting we now see score of all tries (on course/activity/question levels). Whilst once we are exporting the file we are seeing only the highest ranking try data.
    With new reporting we are not able to easily identify the final score as all of the tries are blended in each level of the reporting.
    It's needed to be able to see only last/highest score tries identically as we see that once we export the result data.

  13. With new activity report it's possible to see how many times each question was selected. Nevertheless the overall times clicked count(and percentage) do not match the times clicked count per answer option as there is an option to skip the question.
    It would be way easier to read the reports if under the answer options at the bottom we would see how many times the question was skipped (as an answer option)

  14. It would be beneficial for agents to see how they did in the learning/quizes comparing to the team. Due to GDPR we are not allowed to show the names of other agents, thus having an ability to Masked identity in ranking for agents (identically as we have it in performance module) would be beneficial

  15. ability for their to be question banks and a quiz take a set number of questions from a bank. e.g there could be 10 questions on a product 1 and 10 questions on process 1 and the quiz take 5 random questions from product 1 bank and process 1 bank. this means if the delegate fails and needs to re-take, they are likely to get a different set of question on their re-take. and will get different questions to other delegates to avoid cheating

  17. Once we upload slides to activity It's impossible to zoom in at the certain slide, thus we have to keep slides open in other tab in order to check which info hides under which slide. Being able to enlarge the small icon would be beneficial and would allow to navigate/process activity creation more efficient.

  18. Currently there is a 50mb limit on pdf/slides upload to the activities.
    As the team is working with content moderation we must add good quality pictures in order to ensure that the agents are able to identify the item based on them. We would need to get this limit raised to at least 250mb

  19. As we are moderating the content (agents needs to pin point the picture and write down the reasoning straight/besides the picture) it would be useful to have an option to upload PDF as an answer, and without adding the PDF agent wouldn't be able to skip/submit the question

  20. At the moment feedback per question area is limited by character count.
    In our team trainings, the feedback part is very important as it's used for argumenting why the answer was selected, with current character limit agents are not able to fully explain each detail (there are many and all are important as we are working with content moderation). Would it be possible to at least double the count
