Mass upload users to course
We have hundreds of users (sometimes +1k) for a given course. Instead of adding users manually one-by-one, we would rather have a mass upload option (e.g via CSV)

Having open questions in scorecards
Team would like to have an open question option in quizzes.

Skip & Check Answer Button
Change the skip button to be on the left.
All of Playvox has the next button to move to the next screen on the right - today the skip button is on the right it's confusing for learners.
Change the button verbiage from 'CHECK ANSWER' to 'SUBMIT ANSWER' & place it in GREEN on the RIGHT hand side

Quiz & Activity Timer
Give a finite amount of time for the learner to take quizzes & activities. Also to capture the amount of time taken for each. Also have the ability to have a timer that the learner can see so they know the amount of time remaining

Video activity player interaction permissions
Ability to block the speed/skip video option - Right now there's no way to ensure that the learner watches the whole video without skip parts of the video.

Preview courses before publish
When building courses under Manager, it would be great to preview and click through the course before publishing it.

Stop video once user moves away from window
It would be good if video would be stopped once user moves away from activity window/tab. This would ensure that the user would actually watch training material and wouldn't have an option to just play it in a background.

Quiz Preview - Learner UX
Give the learner the ability to preview their quiz before submitting it. Today it's very easy to accidentally skip a question. Previewing the quiz before submitting will allow them to go back & answer any skipped questions.

Total time spent on video
With old reporting we were able to see total time spent on video activities. Team used that in order to determine if an agent didn't skip the video and watched it fully. Would it be possible to bring this info back?

varied questions in quiz
ability for their to be question banks and a quiz take a set number of questions from a bank. e.g there could be 10 questions on a product 1 and 10 questions on process 1 and the quiz take 5 random questions from product 1 bank and process 1 bank. this means if the delegate fails and needs to re-take, they are likely to get a different set of question on their re-take. and will get different questions to other delegates to avoid cheating

we need to be able to see how many time a delegate has completed or attempted a course- especially if they have taken an assessment more that once
