  1. With new activity report it's possible to see how many times each question was selected. Nevertheless the overall times clicked count(and percentage) do not match the times clicked count per answer option as there is an option to skip the question.
    It would be way easier to read the reports if under the answer options at the bottom we would see how many times the question was skipped (as an answer option)

  2. It would be beneficial for agents to see how they did in the learning/quizes comparing to the team. Due to GDPR we are not allowed to show the names of other agents, thus having an ability to Masked identity in ranking for agents (identically as we have it in performance module) would be beneficial

  3. Once we upload slides to activity It's impossible to zoom in at the certain slide, thus we have to keep slides open in other tab in order to check which info hides under which slide. Being able to enlarge the small icon would be beneficial and would allow to navigate/process activity creation more efficient.

  4. Currently there is a 50mb limit on pdf/slides upload to the activities.
    As the team is working with content moderation we must add good quality pictures in order to ensure that the agents are able to identify the item based on them. We would need to get this limit raised to at least 250mb

  5. As we are moderating the content (agents needs to pin point the picture and write down the reasoning straight/besides the picture) it would be useful to have an option to upload PDF as an answer, and without adding the PDF agent wouldn't be able to skip/submit the question

  6. At the moment feedback per question area is limited by character count.
    In our team trainings, the feedback part is very important as it's used for argumenting why the answer was selected, with current character limit agents are not able to fully explain each detail (there are many and all are important as we are working with content moderation). Would it be possible to at least double the count

  7. Currently on a question level system allows to add only 1 picture. As our team is moderating the items we would need to be able to upload up to 10 photos. This allows to show an item from all of the angles in order for the trainee to be able to identify where might be the issue.

    1. When adding users to a Learning Course or Path, enable a cvs/excel upload feature to quickly add and remove users (like in User Management)

    2. Create a rule that will automatically enroll any new user with a certain role assigned to them.

  8. Compliance for overdue courses: it would be helpful to view all overdue courses within the home page of the tool, and to set up automatic reminders to learners who are still overdue on courses.

  10. If there are 20 cards in one activity Playvox doesn't save the progress. E.g. if 10 were viewed and user left the activity, after returning to the activity he'll need to start from the beginning. An optional feature of saving the progress of the activity would allow the user to comeback and continue the activity from the point where it was left

  11. We use learning for multiple functions across the business and have a number of skills in the learning module to help us organise the training. It would be good for us to link skills to the role in admin/someones profile so a person can only see skills and training relevant to their role.
