Closed Captions option for Learning Videos
Will be great to have the Closed Captions option for Learning Videos. The Close Caption button that is listed in videos for playback. When enabled, the video audio is displayed as text as subtitles. It's a particularly important accessibility feature for those who are hard of hearing and deaf.

It'd be a huge enhancement if we are able to insert videos from SharePoint or other URLs, or have the option to embed them using HTML code.

Mass upload users to course
We have hundreds of users (sometimes +1k) for a given course. Instead of adding users manually one-by-one, we would rather have a mass upload option (e.g via CSV)

Currently on a question level system allows to add only 1 picture. As our team is moderating the items we would need to be able to upload up to 10 photos. This allows to show an item from all of the angles in order for the trainee to be able to identify where might be the issue.

New Learning User Upload
When adding users to a Learning Course or Path, enable a cvs/excel upload feature to quickly add and remove users (like in User Management)
Create a rule that will automatically enroll any new user with a certain role assigned to them.

Skip & Check Answer Button
Change the skip button to be on the left.
All of Playvox has the next button to move to the next screen on the right - today the skip button is on the right it's confusing for learners.
Change the button verbiage from 'CHECK ANSWER' to 'SUBMIT ANSWER' & place it in GREEN on the RIGHT hand side

Quiz & Activity Timer
Give a finite amount of time for the learner to take quizzes & activities. Also to capture the amount of time taken for each. Also have the ability to have a timer that the learner can see so they know the amount of time remaining

Preview courses before publish
When building courses under Manager, it would be great to preview and click through the course before publishing it.

Stop video once user moves away from window
It would be good if video would be stopped once user moves away from activity window/tab. This would ensure that the user would actually watch training material and wouldn't have an option to just play it in a background.

Quiz Preview - Learner UX
Give the learner the ability to preview their quiz before submitting it. Today it's very easy to accidentally skip a question. Previewing the quiz before submitting will allow them to go back & answer any skipped questions.

Ability to give different score for each question
We would like to be able to give different score to different questions e.g. 1 point for multiple choice and 3 points for open question, etc

Compliance for Overdue Courses
Compliance for overdue courses: it would be helpful to view all overdue courses within the home page of the tool, and to set up automatic reminders to learners who are still overdue on courses.
