QA score locks in teams into the performance campaign, need to be able to select only relevant ones
Once QA score is imported into the campaign it locks in all of the teams that are associated to the selected scorecard.
There is a need to have an option to select only certain teams. As same quality standard is applied (thus one scorecard) for all of the teams, same targets can not be applied (several campaigns are being used) to all of the teams due to differences in processes.

When we are creating or editing a campaign, the list of Teams created shows up, but we cannot select the ones that we want to be part of said campaign.
