Customer AI: Download reporting in PDF format
We want to be able to use the graphs in reports/meetings etc, and currently have to use screenshots that can be lower quality than we would like.
7 votesWe are currently working on adding Customisable Dashboards to Customer AI (Prodsight). The ability to download reports in the PDF format would fit neatly into this theme. We will review this idea with our product team and post any updates here on UserVoice.

Annotations/comments on graphs
Would be great to have a Timeline which you could add notes to ie, noted against Aug 1st - Aug 12th is "New product release, email comms sent on the 5th" - and then be able to view that along with "Count" "Ration and "Net Sentiment".
It would be a great way to quickly identify potential reasons for upticks in contact at certain times, especially when looking at historical data.

Manually move a message to a topic
Ability to manually move a message from one topic to another.

Ability to delete specific users and their data directly in the UI
To comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR our customers might need to remove data from Prodsight relating to specific data subjects.
Currently, you can submit requests to us via support and we will remove any data to help you comply with your data privacy obligations.

Show which topics messages are associated with
As you are building out your topic taxonomy on Prodsight you want to make sure that you get a good amount of coverage, i.e. have as many messages as possible get allocated to at least one topic.
We are considering solutions to visualize which Topics any given message appears in. These ideas include:
Visualising which topics have been assigned to each message in Search view
Filter in the Search view to filter messages that do not have any topic associations.

Ability to visualize a custom calculated metric on various report pages to see the impact it has on various Topics.

For example, if you store your client MRR data, you could see how much cumulative/average MRR is associated to users who mentioned a particular Topic that you are tracking in Prodsight.

Being able to find DSAT or customer frustrations via AI and keywords
I want to be able to find DSAT or frustrated customers using keyword searches and AI technology. This will help us better understand our customers pain points, focus areas for agent improvement, coaching opportunities, and feedback on product or UX pain points to give to our product team

View messages that don't belong to any topics
We are considering implementing a filter that would allow isolating messages that do not appear in any Topics as a way to identify topic gaps.

Subtopic Suggestions
We already generate automatic Topic Suggestions to help you discover new topics that you might want to track.

The idea is to extend this functionality to the Subtopic level to help you discover correlations between what your customers talk about within the given Topic context.

Ability for users request topics to be defined by admins
Have a suggestions area where everyone (inc. read-only users) can add ideas of what data they would like to see with a potential email trigger to admins. Envisage it being a good working area for a team.

Get Author details via the API
Currently, you can add or update Author details via the API but it is not possible to retrieve a single author's details or a list of Authors.
The suggestion is to add additional methods for retrieving one or more Authors via the API.

Export all messages from Search
It's already possible to export the message data on a per Topic basis from the Prodsight Dashboard. In addition, developers can use the Prodsight API to retrieve all messages data along with topic and sentiment data.

This feature would allow users to select any set of messages matching any filter criteria and export it directly to a CSV format. No coding required!
