  1. Within our organisation, the normal process to adhere to if an individual is to request a period of Annual Leave in excess of 2 weeks is that they need to get approval from an Ops Manager.

    However we have noticed a number of instances where individuals have requested AL above and beyond a 14day stretch which would then auto approve and plan it into roster without getting prior authorisation.

    As a feature request, could something be built which would automatically put any request above any given threshold into pending approval. This would allow us to carry out due diligence checks…

  3. We would love the option to have "Blackout days" or days that specialists are unable to request time off knowing that we will treat the day as a holiday.

  4. When updating a Business Role in the Time off Calendar the new name is not automatically updated. You can see it in the drop down, but not on the display name.

  5. When entering time off, can we have the ability to add times outside of 15-minute intervals? Currently, if someone is say 20 minutes late, we have to submit the time off in the leave requests using a 15-minute interval and then go into the roster and update the time. It would be better if we were able to do this in one step instead of two.

  7. In the current implementation, when a leave request is cancelled, the leave task is removed from the roster without restoring the tasks that were there before the leave was cancelled. This results in the person not being scheduled at all for that day.

    Cancelling a leave request should result in restoring the tasks to whatever they were before the leave was added, or to what they would be if the roster was generated (in case the leave already existed at the time of the oyster generation).

  8. Ability to change the leave type as agent or admin when in submitted or approved status. Currently can change to full day or partial, but we would like to see the leave type as editable too.

  10. When Leave Request Search is filtered, allow filtered data to be exported to CSV rather than entire report.
    Frustrating taking the time to run and search only to have to filter again once exported.
    Actually, it would be good for every filtered option in Playvox.

  11. We would love for the Leave Calendar to update thresholds based on rolling windows. For example, I would like to have the threshold set as "1" for every day in a rolling 60-day period, but 0 for anything outside of that.

    Great news! We want to let you know that we've heard your feedback and have already begun the development to 'allow leave threshold to be defined in hours'. This functionality will allow more flexibility to agents and save management time with more requests in auto-approval.

  18. If the submitter/approver accidentally cancels a leave request, it would be great if they had the ability to un-cancel the request, rather than the person having to re-submit their time off request
