Reinstate shift after leave is removed from roster
In the current implementation, when a leave request is cancelled, the leave task is removed from the roster without restoring the tasks that were there before the leave was cancelled. This results in the person not being scheduled at all for that day.
Cancelling a leave request should result in restoring the tasks to whatever they were before the leave was added, or to what they would be if the roster was generated (in case the leave already existed at the time of the oyster generation).

When in Leave Management, it would be great to have pre-saved views that retain date ranges in the calendar.

Enter Leave on Real Time screens
I want to be able to enter leave on the Real Time screen as this is the easiest place to enter partial absent. Currently, you can edit Actual Events, allowing us to enter Rostered leave eliminates the need to move between screens for what should be a simple data entry.

Add Time Off - outside of 15 minute intervals
When entering time off, can we have the ability to add times outside of 15-minute intervals? Currently, if someone is say 20 minutes late, we have to submit the time off in the leave requests using a 15-minute interval and then go into the roster and update the time. It would be better if we were able to do this in one step instead of two.

Edit leave request already approved
We currently lack the ability to edit a leave, especially sick leaves, when the dates need to be changed. For example, adding more days to a sick leave or reducing vacation days due to business needs.

Can we add an option to have a % of active accounts as a limit for leave management instead of a specific number?

Leave request - option to match team or local calendar
It would be a great for bussines needs feature if our agents could select the calendar they want to use when creating our leaves, as some of our agents work different timezones and the request matches their local timezone when reviewing/approving the leaves it makes it difficult.

Leave Request | Change the Leave Type When in Submitted or Approved Status
Ability to change the leave type as agent or admin when in submitted or approved status. Currently can change to full day or partial, but we would like to see the leave type as editable too.

Calendar: Ability to set a threshold for a time period not a full day
for clients with an AM and PM shift. Would mirror what is available now in the leave request screen

Allow flexibility in submitting Partial PTO outside of timeoff configs if a schedule has not been generated.
Currently, If agent has a regular shift scheduled/roster has been generated, because the agent's shift is created according to availabilities which are usually longer than timeoff config (to account for lunch breaks), PTO can be applied over the shift, surpassing the usual end time dictated by timeoff configs.
The issue is - If agent does not have any regular shifts scheduled/roster has not been generated, the leave shift can only be created within the bounds of the times specified in the agents timeoff configs.

Ability to un-cancel leave requests (if accidentally canceled)
If the submitter/approver accidentally cancels a leave request, it would be great if they had the ability to un-cancel the request, rather than the person having to re-submit their time off request
