  2. Leader ability to open, review, and update leave and shift swaps requests directly from Dashboard>Activity Stream section. Agent's ability to cancel approved leave and accept shift swap's directly from Activity Stream section of Dashboard. WFM/Leader ability to open roster directly from Dashboard > My Rosters section.

  4. A client has a holiday coming up that they scheduled for everyone, however on the leader dashboard, it shows 'Rest of the Week', which is 287 people. The client is requesting that they can select the leave task types that this view on the dashboard would include. In this case, 'Holiday' is the leave task that shows on the dashboard. Could we make it customizable to the client and have them choose what types could be excluded?

  5. Allow the Who's Away dashboard section to be configured to include all leaves if preferred, including those added via the roster generation such as RDO.

  6. Add the Employee ID column next to the user’s one in the MY TEAM ROSTER and MY TEAM SCHEDULE screens to facilitate Leaders work for internal processes

  7. There are several metrics that can't be removed from an Agents 'My Profile' dashboard, including 'late starts'. I would like to be able to turn this off, if not be able to actually choose which metrics are visible to our agents.

  8. It would be great to be able to drilldown into an agent's data from the User Performance Metrics report, so that I can investigate why a certain metric might be above / below what I am expecting.
