Allow leave thresholds to be defined in hours
Great news! We want to let you know that we've heard your feedback and have already begun the development to 'allow leave threshold to be defined in hours'. This functionality will allow more flexibility to agents and save management time with more requests in auto-approval.

This will be looked into after we deliver the ability to set leave thresholds by hours.

Enable setting leave thresholds and minimum staffing requirements by various criteria
(currently only available at the leave calendar level), with multiple thresholds over
overlapping groups (e.g. geos, teams, skill teams, etc.). -
for clients with an AM and PM shift. Would mirror what is available now in the leave request screen
