Interactive Dashboard Options
Leader ability to open, review, and update leave and shift swaps requests directly from Dashboard>Activity Stream section. Agent's ability to cancel approved leave and accept shift swap's directly from Activity Stream section of Dashboard. WFM/Leader ability to open roster directly from Dashboard > My Rosters section.

Update on Your Request:
We’ve added links to open the Roster and Leave Requests directly from the Dashboard. Leaders with the appropriate permissions can now access and manage leave requests and rosters from both the My Roster and Activity Stream sections of the Dashboard.Please note that, while this update allows for easy access, we have not yet added links to Shift swaps, and have not yet prioritised actions on the Dashboard itself, but we will continue to evaluate this as we work on additional features.

I will add the system ability to update the red activity streams badges once the item has been read / reviewed by the leader.

Change verbiage in Activity Stream > Leave Tab to Reflect "Updated" vs. "Approved". Instanced like NC/NS or Absent are reflecting approved on the agent's dashboard and it can conflict with HR policies.

Requesting the ability to apply a decision (approval, rejection, cancellation) on leave requests right at the activity stream dashboard, instead of just at leave management.

The Activity Stream available on manager and agent dashboards in Playvox WFM will flag when there are new shift swaps, leave requests and rosters available. These flags can't be removed.
It also doesn't record when notifications have been actioned.
It would be nice to have a way to dismiss the new flags so I know when there a legitmately new items to review. I'd also like to be able to mark notifications as saved / completed and have them in a seperate view.
