From Farmers Dog "We confirmed that not all actions are logged, such as edits made to tasks or workstreams / this was discovered when a change was made to ""Helping Customers"" by support but we do not have vis in ""System Events"" with the change that was made then quickly reverted upon our request. /
We're unable to export the audit trail in full, only allows us to export one page at a time. Requires WFM to reach out to Playvox Support to do it for us. " -

There is not a solid method on finding who made changes to User Accounts, PTO Calendars, Roster Configurations, etc... This would be extremely beneficial to help ensure accuracy within the software
