Add a way to easily identify additional hours shifts and whether an agent worked the shift
I would to be able to easily identify additional hours shifts that an agent has booked on Work Summary, and see if an agent was logged into / working at that time. This could be as simple as a filter to help me narrow down what shifts I am looking at in the timeline.

It would be great to have a list view or report that not only shows who has picked up additional hours, but the actual times they picked up, for example X is doing 5-7 on Monday and 5-6 on Thurs rather than the blanket 3 hrs we can see now.
