Schedule Request
Allow the agents the ability to submit a schedule request, similar to a leave request process. Either all or part of a shift.

This would be a huge help! Currently managers have to spend time adjusting schedules and adding tasks/events to individual rosters. It would be super helpful if the agent's could submit roster adjustments themselves and the managers would just need to either approve or deny.
I imagine it would work exactly like how an associate can submit time off, just with different task types other than just PTO.
