Agent Schedule Views
Allow the agent schedule views (My Team Schedule, My Team Roster) to be sorted by shift start time, etc. similar to Manage Roster. Allow for business role and tag filtering as well.

To add on to this, it would be very helpful to be able to sort by "Current Activities" or "Workload filter" so agents have the ability to see who is schedule for a current task at any given time.
