Display 'Leave Allowance' on the Agent dashboard

The ability to display 'Leave Allowance' on the Agent dashboard, keeping the agent mindful of their allowance as well as leave taken to date (which is already displayed)

    Hi Tristan. I spoke with Alex abut this for a prospect. They simply want to be able to manually add that Nikki Quinn for example has a 24 day allocation for the year - just helps the agent to self manage to try and ensure that they don't go over their allowance. That's it - nothing more, nothing less. Just a view of their allowance.

    Hey Nikki,
    The system currently does not have a means for users to configure a "Leave Allowance" for agents. As such we cannot display "Leave Allowance" data.
    The only exception to this is if a customer is integrated with Bamboo or Workday, in which we do have the data, and display this in the Summary on the My Leave page. See the screenshot attached.
    For non-HRIS integrated customers, we'd have to create a Leave Allowance or LeaveBalance feature, which a user would need to configure and align with their HRIS tool or policies.
    Please correct me if I'm misunderstanding the idea.
