Ability for agent to cancel an approved leave
Ability to allow agents to cancel their own leave requests after they have already been approved. Currently this needs to be done by an admin. Canceling a leave request should generate a notification to the WFM/lead (FYI only).

We need to conduct more research in this area as there are mixed views from customers. Some believe that allowing agents to cancel leave is beneficial, while others are against it due to company leave policies and its impact on business operations.

Having the ability for agent's to request their leave is cancelled through PV would be beneficial, but it has to go to their manager for final approval, this also ensures their manager has eyes over the cancellation.
