Modify Filter to Allow for Copy/Paste in Manage Roster > Copy/Clone Shifts
"because right now we have either to scroll down the menu to find the agent or type each name in the search box, but when we have to select multiple agents it becomes difficult to do especially if there's an error then we have to do it multiple times.
So the idea would be to have a copy paste box where we paste the names and that selection of names is the one that we would use as target for the cloning.1 voteThank you for taking the time to bring this feature request to Playvox.

Update Manage Roster Filter Criteria
Allow filter options in the Manage Roster timeline tab to exclude users that don't meet ALL of the criteria. ie. English Calls and English Chat to show only those that have both roles not anyone that has either or. Currently this filter would reflect anyone that has the English Calls role and anyone that has the English Chat role but it would be helpful to filter for only those that have both.

Linking new shift IDs to agents after published roster - no adherence/occupancy
When a shift is removed from the roster management page (sometimes in error), the all associated data is wiped out. From what I understand, "actuals and occupancy are tied to the shift ID, which is a unique ID generated by the application during roster generation." Once an agent's scheduled is mistakenly deleted the agent's schedule and shift ID are removed along with all the metric that were attached to it. When we add a schedule back to the agent, the new shift ID is created but does not marry the metrics already in process or recorded.

Schedule Only on Predefined Intervals
In the shift template, add the ability to define what intervals shifts can start at. For example, shift can start between 7am and 12pm, but only on the hour (so at 7, 8, 9, 10. etc) or only at the half hour (so only at 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30, etc).
Currently, this can only be achieved by making different shift templates for each hour start time, which 1) is cumbersome and 2) means that only the first priority shift template is rostered to. For example, if I have different shift templates for 8, 9, 10, and 11am start times, and…

Opt in hours- Open date and Closed date
Have the ability to open and close an Opt In period so that agents would have a week to opt in to slots but then the ability to say the opt in period is now closed.

Apply Pay Categories to Shift Templates
This is a 24 x 7 operation. They have a number of shifts that run across midnight e.g. 10pm-6am, midnight-8am etc; They are wanting to apply pay categories accordingly and automatically. We do not tie shifts to overtime today, it's tasks only and is done in 'manage roster' through additional hours or added manually. Could we potentially look at adding these at the shift template level and then set those overnight agents to their own template?

Cannot add business roles to roster policies for agents that will go live in future
On the roster configuration page, when you are adding a policy, you cannot add business roles that are associated with team members who are not yet active.
For example, I have 2 teams on a roster: 1 is working chat, 1 is working voice. They are on different workloads, and they are starting at different times. The chat group is starting next week. Their team is added to the roster and their users are in PV with next week start dates, but I cannot add the Chat business role to the policy for chat in the roster config because they…

Bulk Add New Task Avoid Breaks/Lunches
Currently the bulk add new task will ignore any agents that have a task that you don't want overridden but it would be helpful to have the tool allow you to add a task that extends through the break or lunches (or other specified) tasks without covering those tasks and not ignore those agents from the update.

Tiering/Hierarchy of tasks
We'd love to see a system of being able to have tasks assigned a tiered rating, so some would supercede others.
For example, if staff had to go through a piece mandatory training then the training task planned into their schedule would rank higher than any other task. So if a member of staff would then want to book that day off as AL where their training would be scheduled if availability allowed, then instead of auto approving, it would go into pending instead. Approved shift swap details
As a manager I need to see shift swap details after approval. Today after approval the shift swap details are empty.
We need the ability consult shift swaps history details to understand what happened in the past.

option to filter out specific users/groups/teams
While manually editing the roster you can currently filter by name, team, business role, user location and user tag which is really useful, but it would improve the experience so much more if there was also the option to exclude certain users.
ie. filter by 'Team A', exclude 'Business Role 1'

Create a feature where on demand events (coachings/trainings) can be scheduled around an event participant's schedule (ie. Leaders/Trainers).

Enable shift swap for a task
Currently swapping is enabled only at the shift level (full day).
As we are doing scheduling at the task level there is a need to have swaps done at this level, as often people swapping have different roles as it relates to the other tasks on their schedule (the ones they are not swapping).11 votes -
bulk add new recurring scheduled events to generated rosters without re-generating roster
Once a new recurring event is added to a roster config, the ability to add those events to already generated rosters without re-generating the roster (ie. with the optimize roster button). Currently you have to add each event individually even when they are in the roster, or regenerate and completely lose any manual changes you've made to a roster

Roster Generation Queue Feature
We're in the process of pulling together the logistics of being able to generate and publish our rosters for the remainder of the year.
However given the size of our main roster, it does take between 45/55mins to generate one and sometimes results in it timing out.
As a potential future feature, we would love to see a Roster Generation queuing function built in to enable us to stack all the rosters we wish to generate. We'd then have them begin generating at a defined point in time (end of day/working week) so they can effectively generate in the background…

Manage Roster - Shrink visually disappears on the graph when selecting a specific task
Shrink is visible on the coverage graph when no task is selected. However, when a workload task is selected, we do not see the shrink for that particular task. It is calculated in the effective roster number, however clients want to see the shrink by interval, even when selecting a specific task.

Allow for 1/2 day on Task A and 1/2 day on task B
Example, Customer wants to schedule agents for 4 hours on chat then lunch and then 4 hours on tickets. Cannot be done in today's environment. This request has come up with multiple customers but as they have then churned it does not make the roadmap. Currently would be able to use this solution for an issue we have with eHealth QLD

roster lock feature
As we start to utilize Playvox, we would love to see the ability to lock a roster period so one cannot accidentally re-run the roster and lose all adjustments done to that period.
