Ability to bulk import new workstreams and / or bulk update existing workstreams through import
We have to basically re-create them in the workstreams again, whereas an import would save loads of time. Same for business roles and tasks actually, being able to import them.

Improvement: Update tasks in leave requests and shifts when they're updated in Administration -> Tasks.
If a task is updated under Administration -> Tasks, it would be nice if all related Leave Requests / Shifts that contain the task are updated to reflect the changes. This includes task attributes such as color, name, paid vs unpaid.

User Configuration - An option to sync Leave Configuration
I want to have an option to sync the Availabilities Start Time with the Leave Configuration Start Time when configuring a User Template
So that I don't need to manually set the Start Time on Leave Configuration if it matches the user's Availabilities Start Time.

Add information / tool tips to Task Configuration
Add tool tips or help text to explain what each task configuration option impacts in Playvox WFM.
I.e, flag which option impacts the visibility of the task in the Zendesk App, Roster Configuration or Leave Management.

For users with multi-week availability, can we see Week #1 of the rotation represented on the availability preview calendar?
When I am setting up multi-week availabilities for my users, I can enter the date which I want their rotation to begin in a field but it's hard to see this date reflected on the availbility preview calendar. Is there a way to make this clearer?

Move the seniority scale from under Contract to User Preferences on the user profile
The Seniority Scale available in a user's profile settings is attached to the 'Contract' section of the profile.
We believe it makes more sense for the scale to be available under User Preferences, as it is used by the rostering engine to determine which user is more likely to get their preferences based on seniority.

Permissions: User Management by Groups/Teams
Have the ability to restrict access to the user management page to only the agents in the Groups/Teams you are granted access to
Also to add an override permission for the Super admins who should be able to see all users (Similar to the override for manage roster)0 votes -

Reset Passwords directly in the user profiles
Removes the workaround of sending reset links to external system when emails are not active
Handy: We will have a bunch of new agents coming/going soon. It'd be nice to highlight a bunch of agents and do a batch password reset/schedule template update. Instead of going through them one by one0 votes -
Ability to see, edit and reinstate deleted teams
Currently a deleted team is not visible in admin and users just see a generic error message if they try to create a team that contains the same name. Engineering is required to reinstate or rename to allow the new team to be created.

Universally known terminology would be simpler to explain to onboarding customers. Matches majority of CRM and Telephony skills based terminology
