Live Incident Tracker
Hi team,
I was wondering if there was any consideration given to something along the lines of a live incident tracker within PV.
For example, if you became aware of any system degradation issues (server problems etc) then it would be a useful tool to have integrated into the WFM platform as alert based system to make us aware of these issues which could impact our workforce.
Using this info we could communicate out to our own stakeholders and inform them that issues are currently under investigation.

As an Playvox WFM user, I want the system filters to consider the new week days configuration
When I change the start day of the week for my instance, I want all the date fields in filters in Playvox WFM to show the start of the week as the day I chose.
I.e, I choose Sunday as the first day of the week, then the date field displays each week as starting on Sunday.

Add a 'Save Settings' feature to profiles
Add a 'Save Settings' feature to profiles so users don't lose their saved favourites on reports when they have to clear cache.
1 voteWe added Views to Playvox WFM in 2021 to resolve the issue where users sometimes lost their favourites on reports due to cache clearing. They can now save filters on any page to a View, which will persist through cache clears.

Workstream - Ability to clone another workstream
This option would save me a considerable amount of time, and would allow them to adjust KPIs and other information easily.

Available License Count & Purchased License Count
It's hard to keep on top of available seats / licenses within the product. Is it possible to add this information (and other billing information) into Organisation Details?
