    Hello!

    We are working on adding the user custom fields and scorecard header custom fields as filters to segment the new Quality reports views. You can now use this in the new experience of the Overview and Scorecard reports.

    Hello,

    One workaround for this would be to remove the participants that didn't complete the calibration.
    That is something that users can do since we do allow to remove them by entering the "edit" action in the calibration.

    Hello.

    How do you redistribute work currently when someone is not present?
    - Redistribute equally the pending items between the rest of the analysts in the workload?
    - Hand pick which analyst would help and you manually assign the quantities to those analysts that will help?
    - Other?
