    Hi Cameron, It seems to be possible today if your CRM is sending this information as metadata. Can you send a support ticket with this request to further investigate? Thanks

  2. Set call duration between two times, for example between 30-360 seconds if we want to target shorter calls but weed out voicemail

    Hi Laura, did you try using two filter groups, as in the below example?
