An error occurred while saving the comment Nikki Quinn commentedHi Tristan. I spoke with Alex abut this for a prospect. They simply want to be able to manually add that Nikki Quinn for example has a 24 day allocation for the year - just helps the agent to self manage to try and ensure that they don't go over their allowance. That's it - nothing more, nothing less. Just a view of their allowance.

Can we please look at introducing the re-optimisation of rosters that includes current active schedules as well as future schedules for the day that have not yet started. Planners want to be able to react to real-time conditions in the Performance Summary Dashboard for example and re-optimise based on that.
