    i need to be able to extract quality score per market over all scorecard
    it is really important to my work as i access performance per market based on quality score overall scorecard which mean overall channels

    it is taking much time to go and check agent name from his profile, email is the only unique ID that we have for our agents
    i need to search for evaluation by agent email and not agent name, agent name can be written in different way but email is a unique ID
