I understand this isn't ideal, as workloads are trying to measure the analyst's abilities to complete within the time before the new assignment is submitted. However, flexibility would be ideal.

In a previous QA Setting w/ a different employer, we titled disputes as "Overturned"(Dispute Accepted) and "Rating Upheld"(Dispute Rejected) as we've had 1-2 instances of user errors when handling disputes in Playvox.

This would be great to allow certain users the ability to sign off on evaluations for users that no longer have access to Playvox. Only concern is that it might be abused and create a skew in signing data.
